I do believe a store Success is as strong as the people they have representing them. , and my encounter with one of Jc penny store employee Perissa was shocking , she was so rude , unprofessional ,and made me felt uncomfortable, loaded with a gross amount of Micro aggression speak great volume of her Character , and if I could have given this review a zero I would have.This is the person Perissa , that Jc penny have Representing them in the Coral Square Mall store , with whom has no customer service skills. I tell you this much she left a Distasteful impression on me and I will definitely think twice before I spend my hard working money at this store again .

We had a 50% off coupon so that's the best time to shop for bathing suits. They had quite a bit of stock it's just finding your size in each item.

JcPenney Coral Springs, FL Horrible experience. There were no fitting rooms open in women's. Went to junior's and two men using it as well!! Went to try shoes on and they are all tied up with security tags, it's impossible to try them on. The lady working there had an attitude; not too willing to help. 😒

I've been shopping at JCPenney for a long time and never been to one that was a 2 story, this is where the disaster happens. I've been stuck in the elevator for at least 2 hours. The elevator does not have a phone button and I had no cell phone service. I been banging on the elevator door and nobody comes to help. I'm am honestly baffled by this. Don't get me wrong. This is a great store but to get stuck in an elevator with no help for 2 hours? Unacceptable.
