Terrible. Just terrible. Took my 4 year old son there with hives all over his body and him coughing. They made us sit in an unairconditioned space with the sun shining in on a 90 degree day because they thought he had COVID. How would they know? It's not like they tested him. They were so quick to take my insurance information though. After 2 hours of waiting with him sweating and coughing I went to ask when he'll be seen. We got an I don't know in response so we told them were leaving and all we got was an ok. So we left. If I could give zero stars I would

Doctor Dover, Judy, Richard, Heidi and Samantha Miller may be part of the St Luke’s Medical Team but to me, they were and remain a team of angels. I am beyond grateful, and amazed that this group of human beings who dedicate their lives day after day, and year after year to others on so many levels. No words can describe my appreciation, adoration and thanks to St Luke’s and the staff for the gift of compassion, understanding and support.

Had to have abdominal surgery, and was in Hospital for 5 days. Very caring nurses. Any pain or problem I was having, was taken care of quickly. I been in a few hospitals for different surgeries, this was by far the most compassionate nursing staff.

My doctor sent me straight to the ED Thursday evening sick with a fever suspecting a kidney infection. I was told to either wait in my car or in the hallway because I had a fever. Waited 4 hours and went home unseen. Returned the next day and waited 5 hours before being seen. The receptionist was nasty when I asked if she knew how much longer it might be. Was given a collection bottle without wipes for a clean catch, a clean catch being instrumental to my diagnosis. I requested both a flu test and a covid test since I was feeling generally unwell. The doctor did not listen to my chest. The nurse who swabbed me asked whether or not I had been vaccinated, and although I wasn’t in the ED for covid specifically, felt compelled to inform me that her morgue was full of the unvaccinated deceased. How patently unprofessional and rude. I sincerely hope that when someone comes in with a heart attack, or cancer or diabetes, or an accidental overdose, they are not treated with the same disdain. This is a difficult time for everyone. We need to treat one another with a little more compassion.

Try contacting, "The Family Guidence Center" in Washington on state Rt 57 west. Behind the Christian Academy. Google the number. Can't remember the number off hand. They have Therapists and Doctors there. Not to mention3 different locations. Phillipsburg, Washington, & Hackettstown. I found Mike C (a therapist) & Dr. Mero to be very helpful!
