The girl taking our order at the register came across as very hostile. From the tone in her voice to the way she was pressing on the iPad aggressively. Making us feel extremely uncomfortable and like we were putting her out for clarifying the details of our order. The vibe of the restaurant was super off! Firehouse is one of my favorite restaurants and I wouldn’t be leaving this review if this was the first time this happened. But just last week on my birthday I went in for my free sandwich and I have a very similar experience with this exact cashier.

We ABSOLUTELY love Firehouse Subs! It’s our family favorite! Every sub is delicious and tasty. They have the best app and it rewards you for using it. The cookies are so yummy! They have the best pickles that come with their subs! We have been VERY happy with their employees, they are very friendly and cheerful. I love that they know me and remember me. We were happy with the night crew today. They did a great job and were very friendly! They were professional and quick. Our subs turned out perfect! If you haven’t come here, you’re missing out!

Be ready to wait. I suggest order online and pick it up later. Ok, so not going back to this particular firehouse. Took the order home and ours was messed up. Got two side salads instead of the firehouse salad, with tomatoes (my wife is allergic, I told them) of course no meat... Avoid this location, or really check your food before leaving. Couldn't even eat the food we got:-(

I can't say how they are now since Washington Co. changed its overall status (a week or so ago) but for most of the pandemic, they had a couple of outdoor tables for dining, online and in-person order/pickup. People who ordered in-person socially distanced with masks waiting for food. Now that restaurants can have more indoor dining, I will update after I visit again.
