The worst ever did an order online for pickup I get there the lobby sign said closed but people were still going in I went through the drive thru told them I ordered online they said they ran out of boned chicken and replaced it with tenders that were dry very little meat. Not really sure how many employees were working as two were sitting outside. It took nearly 30-45 minutes after pick up tomi just to get the food which was now cold and the drink was warm .. horrible horrible horrible.... I would give no Stars if possible

They always got to mess something up when I come to this location. This time they forgot to put buffalo sauce on my Kentucky fried buffalo wings

My first and last time eating here. Horrific. The chicken was as if it was fried in warm oil. Soggy breading that was a creamy color. Nobody ate the chicken. It was sticky and i could literally rub my finger over the top and it was just goo. We werent able to eat even the inside of chicken pieces. I should have taken photos. The potatoes and mac and cheese were so nasty, no one could eat it. Even the strawberry lemonade was disgusting. The only good things about this place were the workers and customer service. I didnt go back and complain because i dont know if it was their fault or if corporate just doesnt care. Again, ill never eat there again. Waste of $35.

Fries were served cold, way too much salt, and such a small amount. Corndog bites also cold. Service was ok yet did not feel any personal service or appreciation from them. I prefer more friendly drive-thru experiences. Rootbeer float was about 80/20 ratio. Overall, this is typical of many KFC visits throughout the US for me.
