The first room we had was dirty (two queens). There was food on the doors and either blood or food splatters near the garbage can and on the door frame. The AC unit barely worked. The clock and phone weren't working. We then asked for a different room. The second room was a king. It was cleaner. The AC unit worked great! The curtain however was broken. One of the hooks came off. We requested more pillows they denied us. The pool was extremely dirty and gross. The hot tub was way too hot and the jets weren't working. The free breakfast was kinda gross. The only thing we liked were the mini muffins and waffle maker. They only had bannans as a fruit option and they were hard as a rock. The milk was warm so we just stuck with the orange juice. Overall you get what you pay for. We definitely won't be going back.

The room that I was given had a chair that had a massive stain on the cushion. I was as if whomever cleaned it simply wiped whatever spilled up and believed that was good enough. The shower creaked and groaned like the deck of a wooden sailing ship. Simply adjusting your weight in the tub made it seem like you were going to fall through the floor into the room below you. During my weeklong stay, my company adjusted the business I was doing in the area resulting in only needed to stay for 4 days rather than 5. I went to get this arranged with the staff once I was made aware of it. The hotel staff were unhelpful and directed me to work with the website that I had made initial arrangements with. After multiple phone calls and having them reach out and speak with hotel staff nothing had been resolved. I spoke with the managerial staff again and they told me that would call and get it resolved. I was told that they may need some information to do so. They asked to call my on my room phone. I told them that was fine and waited for the call. No call came. I then checked out a day early and spoke with the manager again to see if they had gotten through. I was told that they did, but they felt it was too late to call me so the matter had not been resolved. I provided them the information that they needed and checked out. I was told that they would get it resolved. I was then charged for the full 5 days even though I had checked out early and had been told that after I provided the needed information when I inquired about the lack of phone call. I will not be staying at this or any Choice Hotels again. Their rooms, staff, and decorum are unprofessional.

The young man went out of his way to accommodate us. He brought a recliner to the room and came immediately when the TV wouldn't work. We really appreciated all he did to make our stay so comfortable. The room was perfect.

The room was clean and nice and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Multiple amenities met our family of 5's every need during our 3 night stay. The location was good for dining out nearby, daytime adventures with the family, and catching the freeway in and out of town. Their breakfast options were great, and although we originally planned to go out for breakfast, we enjoyed every delicious hot morning meal together in their dining area. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They also have a nice clean pool and hot tub area outside with large palm trees and shrubs surrounding the courtyard and the whole of the hotel itself, which lend the feeling of staying in a comfortable oasis as you come and go.
