This was hands down the BEST stay I've had at any hotel in the past few years. Lexy, on the night staff, was extremely friendly and got us check-in quickly while we gathered our bags after a few days in Zion. Then, in the morning, Walker, the manager, made us feel very at home. He chatted about the different trails in the area and helped me get access to a location to take a Zoom call. This hotel is traveler and business-friendly while being very affordable for what you get. Thank you Holiday Inn staff!

JUNE 2022 •••St. George Utah ••• EMPLOYEES: Everyone was absolutely nice! I was really impressed with how nice was the staff and how much effort they were putting in helping everyone. Perfect customer service. The Rooms : spacious and clean. Location : close to downtown and 1 hour from Zion Amazing view and great pool.

Positive: Location is about it. Negative: The front desk staff was less than attentive. Hotel rated 9.1 cleanliness- NOT!! The elevator was dirty, & remained that way our entire stay. . Our room had food debris all along the baseboards & minimal water pressure in the shower- just Felt Dirty!

Positive: The staff including cleaning team were helpful and nice. The restaurant had great dinner food. Good parking which is helpful as my husband is disabled. Very clean facility Negative: More lounge chairs around pool they were already full in the morning only 4 present water pressure not great but sufficient. The fridge was hard to get and keep cold
