Awesome day trip for family. Took my 2 sons (Ages 14 & 7) for the River Train & Susquehannah Mine. Both had a blast riding the train and panning for gems. Highly recommend. The railway is non profit & all employees are volunteers. Prices were decent, only $11/kid & $16/adult (plus $5 extra each for the mine).

Wonderfully orchestrated and lots of fun for kids. The crew was fantastic and the entertainment was very good. Thank you for the fabulous Easter fun!! 🎉🎉🎉👍👍❣️

We took our 3 year old son on the Polar Express train ride. It was fantastic! The train cars were decorated very well, they played the audio book movie version, served hot chocolate to the song, the conductor danced, hobo's played guitar and more! Santa came and picked our son and gave him the first bell as well. The staff were great and the store on the train has a great variety of items for sale. We bought our son the conductor hat which he loves and is made of great quality. Unfortunately, my in laws couldn't make it due to catching Covid and they were kind enough to refund the money. We'll be back next year for sure. Do yourself a favor, buy the tickets months in advance as they sell out quickly!!

What a great experience. We adults, loved being a kid for a day. We rode the train ride down to the mining area, found some old fossils and rocks.....stopped on way pack at pumpkin patch and was able to each take a pumpkin....then went back to picnic area and ate lunch. Very nice day.....

No
Steam engine was out for inspection...expected back sometime next year. If you're wanting that experience, call first to confirm steam engine back in service.
I am sorry the trains are from the 1950s and are not handicapped accessable.
Masks are not required and yes you can

Please refer to 877trainride.com for all information.
Parking is tight and fills up fast, you would have to call ahead for them to accommodate large vehicles and groups.
They don't have a dinner train. They don't run to Milford
Please check the link on our website for hotels. There are two very nixe ones across the river in Easton pa. Very close.
