How do you get a Dr office to forward records to a new dr. I have been trying for almost 2 months. They say they sent them the other said they didn't receive them. No one calls you back when you leave a message.

Try going to them in person and ask for your medical records in person then hand carry them to your new doctor's.

I was told that the records have to come directly from the original dr office. That I can't get them and deliver them myself.
