Good but not great steak place. We started with the Salt and Pepper Onion Rings, which came with a mild horseradish sauce and were delicious. I got a beef filet cooked medium, which was a bit tough. My wife had the bison fillet medium rare, which she said was very good. The service was really slow. The manager said he was short on wait staff and only had two cooks and over 100 diners. Our waiter never came back with the check. I had to track down the manager after waiting a half hour after we finished.

We were there on a very busy Tuesday night & had to wait an hour for a table due to staffing shortages. We witnessed several people being rude/disrespectful to the manager. My son was extremely impressed with how the manager handled himself by staying calm and respectful. The manager and waitress were so grateful to us being patient. Kindness and respect goes a long way. Kuddos to the staff of the dinner shift on 7/19/2022! The food was delicious also.

We tried the snowcrest chicken sandwichn the bison meatloaf and the buffalo 41 drink. The fries were a bit over cooked (extra crunchy). The chicken sandwich had good sauce and the chicken was juicy but lacked a ton of flavor. The bison meatloaf was good (there was a little bit of a burnt section on the edge but otherwise cooked well). The garlic mashed potatoes were a little dry and the carrots were kind of bland.

At the beginning to be greeted and seated took a little bit. We must have walked in right as the lunch hit. Being in the industry I get it. As of the moment we were sat, we were served by an amazing Server named Amber. Absolutely attentive with our bevs order accuracy was on point and everything we needed was well taken care of. This was our first time here. And from now on when we come out this way this will be our go to. Thank you Amber and thank you Ted's! Keep up the great work!
