Sounding the Alarm

I paid 65$ for manicure and regular pedicure to this place. Near by my house, this cost me 55$. I went to this place because it was a birthday gift. I trusted they would do a good job but not at all. It’s one week after and I have to remove the nail polish. Normally when I do gel manicure it last me several weeks. It is very disappointing- what a spoiled birthday gift. Not recommended. I had a busy working week. Come Saturday I call to tell them about it they said “don’t worry, we will fix it.” I got ready. Driving Halfway to the salon, they call me and said “we are sorry, boss says we can’t.” This is a worst customer service I have ever seen in USA. Most places are driven by customer satisfaction even if they have to sacrifice - not this place.

I have been going to 5th Avenue Nails at DTC for 2.5 years. The nail salon is very clean - probably the cleanest I’ve seen. The staff members are very friendly. Even though I use the same nail technician each time I go, they all say hello and some know my name. I am always pleased with the service I receive.
