I paid $130.00 for one night in room that's TV did not work. When I asked the front desk about it, front desk informed me I need to jiggle the wires and/or unplugg it and plug it back in. I asked for a new room , unfortunately the front desk clerk said there was nothing he could do. $130.00 for a room that smells like paint, the gall ways smell like sewer and I could not even enjoy a movie. This place has no knowledge on customer service. The employee did not even try to make the customer happy.

Clearly the motel is not enforcing their no smoking policy. Entire place reeked of weed, despite no smoking signs on near every surface. Smell made me nauseous after awhile. Clientele is also sketchy, with apparent homeless hanging out around the entrance. Other then that, the room was very clean and the location was pretty good.

This is the most inexpensive place in the area and the rooms are more clean than other hotels even 3-4 star hotels I’ve stayed in have had rooms they aren't really clean. Compliments to housekeeping for a superior job here!!! All of the staff is very friendly and helpful! The location is very convenient!! This is by far my favorite place to stay in this area of Denver

I have now been here for almost a month while waiting for my apartment to be ready. During this time, I have only been treated with the upmost respect and have become really good friends with some of the employees here. They all stick to the upmost code of conduct and all of them are very quick to help in any way they possibly can. Although I cannot wait until I get to leave- because it will be to move into my own apartment but until then I am at least comfortable here.

recommend you contact the coalition of homeless. this has nothing to do with this business.
I didn't have a problem either it was all clean
Yeah I had almost the same thing happen made a bad review by accident and couldn't change it but from hotels.com but I went on google and made a better review
Does it really matter what color the staff is? That sort if invalidates the review due to possible racism
I wish I could help you.. I'm more worse than you buddy.. Believe that..
