We moved to Colorado 2 years ago and have lived at Bridgewater apartments the whole time. I shopped around at other apartment homes and you cannot beat the large porches, outdoor spaces, garages, large floor plans, location, and the management. Denice, Cindy, Ginger, and Cameron- are so helpful and accommodating. They have a lot of experience and a lot of years at this property. They handle issues fast and always friendly. Other things to note: This is an older property, not a new modern box property. It feels like a townhome. I have loved my daily bike rides in the gym, which is COVID-19 safe. You can get an updated apartment at a great price for the location- it’s awesome. You can swim year round in the heated pool. Love our privacy in our home, too. I personally thought we’d buy a home right after moving to Colorado, but we are so happy here. I can see why I have neighbors that have been here longer then us. Some residents have lived her for over 10yrs. Thank you Bridgwater team. ❤️
