Great clean and safe apartment complex. Minuet is amazing and helped us move in quickly when another place messed up our out of state move in plans. She was super efficient and genuinely cared about helping make our move in as easy as can be. We are so grateful for her! The apartment is renovated clean and has high ceilings. This apartment place is well put together and seems well maintained. The area feels safe too. We are so happy with our apartment here, they gave us a welcome basket with thank you card and even checked in a couple weeks after move in to make sure everything was good and gave us cookies. The managers and Minuet have gone above and beyond.

We were relocating to Denver from Germany. The Parc made the online search and application simple and convenient. More importantly, Sean and Minuet (who work in the front office) were wonderful to work with. We were always able to reach out with questions or concerns. They were prompt in their response. They asked questions to make sure they understood our needs. They also worked well as a team. If one of them was out of the office, the other one knew what was going on with our application and move-in. They were able to assist in a timely manner. Sean and Minuet were a pleasure to work with and made the moving experience easier.

Maintenance staff is great. The staff and management here are terrific! I was a resident for almost 6 years and never had a problem they couldn’t solve. Very efficient HVAC and Electrical. Excellent waste service.
