My 2 yr old grabbed something off the shelf and opened it so I had to buy it. The only price visible anywhere was $4.99. turns out this thing that I'd maybe pay a quarter for if my kid begged cost $9.99. what a rip off.

I don't think they provide that service there. It is more of a store with an exquisite variety of items. Although they sell earrings it does not seem like I said before that they offer what you are looking for. Sure, you can always call the store and find out to be on the safe side.
