I went to return a pair of shoes because they were too tight...the manager GLORIA was extremely rude saying that the shoes were worn ...which was NOT true. I asked to speak to someone that could help and she refused . It is a pity that people like this person who does NOT know anything about Customer service be in charge of this store. I will make sure not to recommend this store at this particular mall that has such rude Staff.

Really great unexpected styles, nice offers, however it was strange that all the shoes I tried on were too poofy around the front of the foot, maybe it's me...?
