Reviews from local guides who probably dont live here or just come to visit. But living is different. Many issues here starting from the building itself and the way it's being managed. - Packages: (many times They have lost packages since they get it from receiving then it's moved to front desk and at the end they dont know who has it. - Front desk regarding food deliveries. They have only one person working at front desk (including busy hours) and this person has to take care of packages, food deliveries personel c visitors, phone calls, etc. As a result many times our packages get lost or take days for them to let us know they have process them. -Food deliveries (they have (one) food runner for the entire building because they dont allow any uber,instacart, amazaon or any other personnel to come up to the units when you order food. As a result, if you order any food, drinks, it takes so long that you can wait hours until you get your food or anything you ordered. GYM and rest of amenities: Gym has plenty of space to add for equipments including dumbells, bars, etc. There were a few added but still a lot of spaces to fill in. Right now there's only weights for the use of three people max!! (A 63 floors building! The rooftop pool area is pretty small and there is a noise coming from the fans all day you can hear it from the cabanas and back area , anywhere! (I Wonder what Hugo Colombo was thinking) In addition, if pool is busy (15 people more or less) there is not enough space for all residents. This is a brand new building and from all the buildings I have lived in (including older ones) this one has always ongoing repairs (many times!! The water gets shut down. It can be during any time of the day, early mornings, evenings. All of the Elevators have broken due to main pipes water damage and all of the residents have had to use the stairs. In conclusion, to me here you'll be paying only for the apartment and the location. Which you can find anywhere else.

Horrible valet driver hit the back of my yellow Camaro and didn’t even tell me had to find out from another person parking that he just hit his car with mines .

Building is "ok" comparable to what is available in the Brickell market but I wouldn't say that it's anything superior with respect to unit layout and finishes. On top of that, your deliveries are not allowed to go to your unit and you have to add about 30-45 minutes to receive your food after it has arrived.

What horrible valet drivers and workers in this building. The valet driver back up into my vehicle hit it . When I asked them who was the owner they did not know. I called the cops and they came out running with the keys and park the vehicle inside the building. The owner of the other camaro was not even advice that the valet hit me with his car. I filed a police report and hope the owner of the other camaro sees this .
