I almost wish I could give this condo a zero. Where do I even start…most of the staff at the front desk and mail room always have an attitude. God forbid your FOB stops working and you need management to fix it in a timely manner. I lived there for a year and never got to use any amenities besides the pool and gym because they were “under construction” the entire time. The management office bombards residents with emails DAILY. The mail room has a set schedule of hours but closes whenever they feel like it and doesn’t open Sunday’s so getting your mail can be a hassle sometimes which is outrageous, because it’s YOUR mail. I could do on forever, but I will conclude with one last thing. Once you move out you will have to go to the ends of the earth to get your security deposit back from the condo building. I moved out 5 months ago and after going back and forth with management for months now, I am starting to believe I will never get MY money back. Save yourself the money and hassle and find another condo building in the area, because this condo building is hardly as luxury as they claim to be and living here was nothing but a hassle.

I'm a current owner at the Ivy and I'm glad I made the decision to buy here. The new management company is doing a great job in the building. They took over during COVID and there were definitely ups and downs throughout the transition, but ultimately things turned out pretty well. I only have positive things to say about the new management and the way they're running things. Managing a large building like this is no easy task, and there are times when problems arise, but they always provide resolutions and plans to mitigate them moving forward. You can email them, call them, or simply swing by their office and they will listen to you and help you the best way they can. I wanted to focus my review on the management side of things first, since if you're interested in living in the Ivy, hopefully you have visited and know the riverfront community is pretty nice, the building has great amenities, and it's in a great location. The pool and spa were recently renovated, and there are some areas that still need improvements since the building itself is older now, but there are plans to keep renovating.

It's a kind of weird property. It belongs to social service I think...
It's in an evacuation zone, massive flooding that will leave you out of contact with 911, also all elevators will be out of order so it's not advisable to stay in anything beyond 3rd floor
