This complex is the most unprofessional community I have ever lived in. The association has individuals that seem to have no education or understanding of the law. They violate the law on a daily basis. The association does not respect the people that pay for them to be able to even continue to run. Please do not move here. The people that work for the building are involved in every aspect, which is a total violation and honestly out of their place to do. I had to get the police involved and the law. I am educated and know my rights. Therefore please do not move here.

AWFUL PLACE, AWFUL PEOPLE WHO MANAGE THE CONDOMINIUM. BLACK NIGHT ARE PEOPLE SO INCOMPETENT, THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT SECURITY MANAGEMENT, THIS IS PEOPLE THAT DON'T HAVE ANY COMPETENCY SKILL, AND THEY ARE SO RUDE. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO VISIT OR LIVE IN THIS PLACE YOU WON'T BE FREE TO HAVE A NORMAL LIFE HERE, PEOPLE WHO BELONGS TO THE CONDOMINIUM BOARD ARE ALWAYS LOOKING AT YOU AS YOU ARE A PRISONER. THIS IS USA PEOPLE NOT CUBA, THERE ARE BOUNDARIES THAT NEED TO BE RESPECTED AND PRIVACY THAT ARE PROTECTED BY FEDERAL LAW AND THIS PEOPLE RUN THE PLACE AS YOU WERE LIVING IN A PRISON OR A REGIME. THEY TOLL AWAY YOUR CAR, THEY TOLL AWAY YOUR VISITORS CARS, AND MORE SAD THEY ARE ALWAYS LOOKING AT WHAT YOU ARE DOING CONSTANTLY, WHO COMES TO VISIT YOU, AND WHAT YOU DO DURING YOUR DAYS. THIS IS UNMISSABLE, THIS IS NOT CASTRO'S REGIME. PLEASE BE AWARE OF HOW THIS PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED TO WORK HERE, FROM BLACK NIGHT (THEY ARE SO RUDE AND IGNORANT ) TO THE CONDOMINIUM BOARD.THIS IS A HELL OF PLACE.

This place have the worst security guards ever. They are crazy. Enter here at your own risk. The securoty guards are old men who are to old to be working. If you park rear in the securiry will throw you out of property, even tjou its not posted that u cant. Just terrible. Youll see....
