Don’t be fooled by the amenities. You will regret living here, particularly if you have a family. It’s the worst management in SoFlo, condo has all types of Onlyfans model, bitcoin guys and other. Google it. Stabbing, robbery and others. Thousand rules, for every aspect of you life. They charge you penalties for no reasonable reason. However, elevators, amenities, gates, etc are all broken all the time. For the money you will pay, you can get better stuff and peace of mind!

Luxury building… a resident asks for a service to be delivered to this building. The delivery person has the resident's data and confirms it; the resident is obliged to confirm ?! but who are these concierges who work in this building? what is it like to be a concierge in a luxury building anyway? customers pay to have, not to be upset! be ashamed of the employees you have!!

Terrible two year experience living here. Initially, the new building was great and beautiful but very quickly turned into fool's good. The services in this building are terrible. Front desk, valet, and the association barely communicate with each other. I would have issues with parking or valet often and the ever changing valet company would refer me to the association, the association would refer me to the front desk, the front desk would refer me to valet. It was ridiculous. You pay $3600/month including the second parking spot to be treated like you live in the ghetto. Everything was a mission. Holding packages, perishable products being left out at receiving overnight, poop all around because dog owners are disrespectful. The 'private elevators' to your foyer are advertised as a positive but it is terrible. The elevators break all the time OR are in service. If you're walking a dog, expect to wait often. The whole experience wasn't great. Couldn't have guests in amenities even if it was immediate family like parents. I had my sister visit from out of the country and we couldn't use the pool along with my five year old nephew. This is my immediate family. Never again. Stay away from all the Paraiso buildings. They wouldn't even resolve issues appropriately because they have several parties involved in the process. Sometimes I'd be in my own building and they'd make me walk over to the neighboring building because that association was responsible, not the one in my building. I've lived in Manhattan, Pennsylvania, and Orlando in high rises and all experiences were significantly better than Paraiso and pleasant. This building is terrible. Some of the staff was great but the majority was not great or either fed up with the disorganization that Gran Paraiso has. This place is the definition of fools gold.

This building is fabulous. The design is very high end and modern. The staff here is Ritz quality. They are very helpful and go above and beyond what i have experienced, especially in this area. The elevators smell amazing and they have nice welcome mats in every elevator. Everytime i show a unit in this building, my clients are amazed by the building as a whole. It is so clean and everyone is so nice. You will not regret living here!
