The absolute worst customer service. The woman was on a personal phone call for atleast 15 minutes and we kept calling her to purchase something. When she finally came, she asked where we were going and ripped the box of chocolates out of my 7 yr old's hand and said no you can't buy that. My daughter started crying. The rudest, most subpar human being I've ever come across. Completely disgusting!

This place has a huge variety of drinks, tobacco, perfumes, nice woman’s bags, make up, and so much more. We were traveling to San Francisco and since it’s a domestic flight we cannot buy drinks or tobacco. We could buy anything else and we need to pay tax. Unless you travel internationally, that will be the only way that you can save taxes and buy everything from this place.

Had our duty free confiscated on our transfer flight as it was not packed in a sealed bag as required by UK law by the staff. Complete waste of money due to the staff incompetence.
