So far I've been here 3 weeks and from day one the key fob did not work...I asked the lady at the front desk the same day and I was told it was because of the system was slow,no big deal I understand. Then a gave it a few days and she said whe would look into it. Now it's been 3 weeks and when I asked again she got mad at me like I did something wrong and told me the cards was not cheap they cost 100 dollars. Well I'm sorry that the original card has never work and I told her that but got no where. This place tells you to register your vehicle and the first weekend I was here I got in the gate by having to call my phone because the card doesn't work and then there was no where to park so I had to park outside on the grass...I only have 1 vehicle here but it's always a problem finding parking

I’ve been living at Ludlam for about 3 years and it’s been a wonderful worry free experience. The layout of the apartments is truly a gem. Maria the community manager is sweet, kind, understanding and extremely professional. I’ve rarely had service requests, but when I did, it was always responded to and resolved quickly. The service engineers are also wonderful. The community is really quiet and I really do feel safe here and the location is amazing. Im moving due to work issues but im sad about it. I recommend Ludlam especially because the customer service is outstanding. My emails and phone calls are ALWAYS answered, and to me that’s what’s important and Ludlam delivered it.

We were not thrilled with the cleanliness of our apartment upon move-in, but the front office did an excellent job responding to our concerns. The apartment complex appears well run, safe, and well located. Everything else so far has been wonderful.

My daughter (with me as Guarantor because she's a college student) rented a nice 2-level condo here and we really liked it. The community is clean, fairly well-maintained, the neighbors friendly and the leasing office staff were always, helpful, professional and polite. The gated community has great amenities, including a weekly food truck, and is located in a nice area, with many comforts nearby (shopping, grocery, dining, gas, banks, etc). Plus, it's a stone's throw from a major highway. My daughter only moved because she wanted to be closer to Miami Beach, where her campus and other friends are. Other than that, she would've renewed her lease. I highly recommend Ludlam Point.
