This walgreens is the worse. Customer service is very poor. They need to change the manager. They need to hire more workers that give better service for the drive thru.

Obviously I’m not the only one that has issues with this particular Walgreens Pharmacy. They are incredibly disorganized. I had stopped using them, but started again because they could get my prescription quicker than Publix, but I’ll just put in for a refill sooner with Publix rather than deal with Walgreens Pharmacy. My doctor had to put in a prescription refill early for me. The pharmacy would not accept it because they had to have it verified through the doctor even though they received the order for the refill directly from the doctor. I figured that the prescription going through would be enough verification. If I’m contacting my doctor for the refill and they approve it, then that should be enough. Then, Walgreens didn’t bother telling me that my insurance wouldn’t approve it until hours later. They told me I’d have to pay full price for my prescription which would be over $200.00. They never mentioned that I could use Good RX and pay just a little over $50. And, instead of being opened until 9pm tonight like their hours list, they are closing at 4pm because they don’t have a pharmacist for the remaining 5 hours of the day. This is a completely dysfunctional pharmacy that I will not be using again.

This pharmacy is absolutely terrible, the staff is clueless and they constantly have problems giving refills. Go somewhere else where they won’t waste your time.

This pharmacy is the worst service I have ever seen. I continuously have an issue with refills. The employees have no clue. The drive through line is a very long wait. They hire people that are not even help. I transfer to another pharmacy
