This is a warning. Don’t chose this pharmacy. It is worth driving somewhere farther away. I always wait so long to get my medication even when there are 3 people in front of me.

Don’t know what’s wrong with their system. The ER submitted the prescriptions electronically. After a long line to get to the counter, they said they never received them, but the nurse said having done so an hour ago. Had to go back to the emergency room to obtain the physical copies and bring them. The next day, and after picking the medicines, I received a phone call that they were taking care of the order. Expect huge lines and delays. Is evident they’re short staffed.

The pharmacy dispensed the wrong medication and included it in my regular correct medication. They are both the same size, same shape, and same color. I didn’t feel well yesterday and I didn’t have an explanation why.

40 mins on hold. Then they (pharmacy hung up on me) 2nd call. 30 mins on hold. Walgreens should be held liable for delaying patient care knowingly and not hire enough staff. Same goes for most of cvs and walgreens in Miami last fee years. We all deserve better.
