Walked into this Shores post office only to be yelled at by Humberto for not wearing a mask. Humberto, you should be ashamed of your activity as a soldier of the “federal” laws. It’s not your job to enforce ANY mask mandate. Shame on you.

I formerly lived in Miami Shores and at that time I found clerks at this office sometimes unfriendly and belittling to customers. I started coming back about a year ago as I pass through more occasionally. I have found the staff more friendly and helpful. Only problem now is there is often just one clerk out front and there can be a line of several people. I will have to say my last few trips have been very pleasant due to a clerk named Humberto who is very friendly and and shows a genuine interest in helping customers out. He is an asset to that location.

The old man is arrogant, rude and mean (and ignorant). Maybe it's time to retire bitter old man. I understand, you don't like dogs, but I have a Service Dog and you know NOTHING about the Disability Act. Next time I'll call the Police! Start studying the ADA or GO HOME!!!

I am a Miami Shores 20 years resident and I never have to complaint about anything. But lately, am sick and tired to tell a different deliver person, not to put the mail out of the mailbox. Not to bring me a bunch mail that is not for me, it is not even for my address despite, how many times I told them, for weeks they keep bring me that mail. Up to date, yesterday a neighbor came to bring a package that was delivered in their house.... Now, I wonder, where my other purchases have taking so long. I don't know what else to do or to complaint because it seems that not body in that main office for Miami Shores post office care about for customer complaints and care of our post mail.

Yes, if there is a 24 hour open lobby. If it's to pick up an item that can't fit in the P.O.Box, you'd have to come during the open business hours to the window counter.
Don't know but there is at the fed ex store across from Bank of America NE 2nd ave
