They won't even help with anything when I became homeless they wouldn't even help me with any kind of money to help me find a place or for like the rent or anything saying they could not do it and they were very rude and very unprofessional I mean I'm still looking for a place and these people are refusing to even help with funding for like rent or anything saying they can't do it

During an extremely tough time. I realized that my wife being sick had caused her to overlook a few bill's. Thankfully this organization exists and was more than willing to help me. Great staff and very caring.

They will help you with your Electric bill ( it's called the On Track Program) it goes by your income and what they do is give you a lower payment then PP&L and you pay that amount every month for a year, but YOU CANNOT be LATE with your payment otherwise you can get disqualified from the program. They also help with rent, water, sewage and housing.
