By far the worst mail service office I have experienced in Omaha. The carriers are beyond lazy and the people working in the office are rude and provide little to no help. I’ve had to file claims online within the main postal complaint service just to get them to help me in fear that they might get docked from the ppl in charge. Pathetic

Awful service. The 800 number is worthless, told me to contact my local post office. They no longer have local telephone numbers apparently because COVID made it too hard for them to answer the telephone. Anyways they changed the lock on my residential mailbox that Ive had for 10 years. I think they just decided to give it to someone else. Let's see how much of my day is wasted today getting this resolved. Thanks USPS!

Absolute awful service. I had one simple question. The first person I spoke to moved me to the side of the line to have me speak with a supervisor. I waited 20 minutes for the supervisor to arrive and that never happened. Also, The first person I spoke to didnt try paging his supervisor again. Way to make you customers feel valued 👌

They refused to file a claim on a missing packages and also refused to update an address on another package that had not been mailed yet (even though they have done that several times before)

Can I renew my pass port at 139 S 144 St Post Office?
I have never had this kind of stuff happen. The neiborhood watch want to run are lives, they need to leave us alone. ,I have talked to them many times. I'm old and I need to get my mail for insurance and other important things but they go there my mail and then I don't get it
Yes. Go to the "Quick Tools" under the menu and find, "change my address". However, I do believe there is a small fee for completing this online.
You need the tracking numbers
Call Monday morning to your office before 9.. give your address. Or you can go on line and do it!
Should be returned to the returned address. Maybe they'll be nice and drop it in a UPS drop box. 😀
No but it depends on which office your at if you go to the Boys Town office there is a place to print documents on a 114th and Dodge at the print shop next to the Starbucks
The USPS has a form that you can complete stating your issue and when you expect to have it corrected, in the meantime the USPS can hold your mail at your local postal office for you go come in and pick it up.
Yes, during certain hours,
