Customer service is a joke. They don’t believe in honoring their word. Sitting here at 11am waiting on a 8-9am service call on our ac system. Not even a year old. I’m surprised Home Depot is affiliated with this company. Nothing but a run around from the beginning. I think they think because my wife called that they could give us the runaround. She’s the boss and the wrong person to mess with.

I was given this company's contact by Home Depot and was very excited that they could come the next day. I changed plans and waited. After the time window they had given me passed, I called. They had transposed two numbers in my contact information and I (obviously) didn't answer, so they didn't come. Things happen. Rescheduled for several days later. No call, no show. I know that they had the correct contact information because they called the following day to see if I still needed service. I called another company that was excellent. Never again.

Do not use these guys. I had them Installed a brand-new unit and had them serviced it .after while they service people will find something wrong with the ac and tell you the compressor is bad and have to be replaced but it is under warranty so u get the compressor free from trane but the installation is not covered so u have to pay them to install it .poor quality work .scam artist .I watch the guy crosses the wire on my compressor where it would not come back on it was working fine until these guy came by to service it. It about $1500 for the labor cost to install a new compressor .watch out for these guy they will fine ways to. Make u pay..ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT USE THESE GUYS.

Everything was going good till install day. Workers left my havc basically taped up to my house with black tarp and told my wife they had to measure the cover and would come back but gave us no time when they would be returning. 6 days later still waiting can’t get no one on the phone ..was charged a different price than quote still waiting on call from accounting department..one of the workers broke my drive way light and didn’t even have courtesy to tell me but I seen it on my camera…over priced but I thought the service would be better guess the salesman was just that good
