Called first thing Friday morning and they had someone over within an hour. Honest, knowledgeable, courteous, and dependable. Wilmington Air takes pride in their work, does what is best for the customer and never cuts corners. We were very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Had a slow drain problem on our washing machine. Called Wilmington Air after hours and got a prompt call back from Becca. She set up an appointment for the next day and was very helpful. Mike showed up on time and looked over the situation. He started working on the drain problem within minutes. It was a tricky situation to get through the P-trap but Mike persisted and never gave up on getting to the problem and fixing it for us! In the end, he got our drain cleared and running free again. I could not have been happier with his work. He made sure it was done properly, cleanly and showed his skill at clearing a stubborn clog. I will keep Wilmington Air as my "go-to" for any service I may need in the future! Thanks', Mike!

Wilmington air installed a new a/c unit at our home. They were very easy to deal with. Codey made getting an estimate and deciding what unit would be best for our home painless. All the workers we dealt with were polite and very respectful of our home. Wes and Alex did great work removing our old unit and installing the new one. We will be happy to use them again.

This company is great to deal with for your heating and cooling system. Very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism that the 3 crews sent out to do my job had. Cleaned up and removed all material from the installation of my 2 units. Also removed all the material from my old units. No mess to be cleaned up afterwards. Took the time to explain the operation of the new unit and thermostat. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs air or heating equipment work. Big shout out to all the guys that did the work. I also want to give a shout out to Michael Parker the technician who came out to inspect my units the day before. He took the time out to explain in detail what was going on and what I needed to do to fix the problem. He took extra time to look up and explain/recommend the different types of units to purchase.
