Had a Car legally parked in our spot. Talked with the maintenance manager at our apartment complex and he informed us to call your towing company to have the car towed. So I did the guy on the other end of the phone got it's extremely belligerent and rude. He asked if my wife was a lawyer and I said no but we know what cars are supposed to be there and our tenant it's pretty obvious it's not a red car it's a 2006 Ford escape.

Towing services wich truckers should use. Blown my radiator going eastbound on i-90, 70mi away from Post Falls. Called Superior towing and got really nice help from Kim. They offer very fair price for towing. Towed my tractor to the local repair shop and took my loaded trailer on their yard(they offer free 24h storage for trailer). Highly recommend this business, they did really great job

One of their drivers came to tow a car from the apartment complex I lived in and ended up backing in to my car and denting my bumper. After numerous calls and them saying they will pay for it I haven't heard back from them to get the money to pay for the cost of my damages to fix. The driver didn't even leave any info. Luckily a guy saw it happen and left me a note. When I called to talk to the boss(or owner? The secretary lady didn't specify) he never answered any of my calls. So beware

It was the first warm day of the year, the sun was shining, the snow was finally starting to melt, wait, too fast, and... the entire field flooded... let me back up, skip to the end for the TL/DR! It was initially a small little "lake" that looked pretty from my back porch so I thought, this is a Kodak moment! Click! Blue skies, able to see the mountains, it was worthy of instagram to me! 2 hours later, the water was over 5 feet deep in our neighborhood field my bf jokingly dubbed "Lake Wyatt", but all joking aside, we had our brand new 2018 dodge ram pick up stuck behind the house. You see we had decided to park it back there the day before we went from, Where is winter?, to waking up to 5 ft snow drifts overnight in true Idaho laughing at all of us fashion. So flash forward to the flash flood and here we are with our truck imitating a pickle! A few phone calls later to a couple, we can't help with that, and we get to Superior Towing who says they'll come out and take a look. A short time later Tony arrives, takes a look at Lake Wyatt, makes an appropriate comment and says, We're gonna need a bigger truck. So off he goes from Post Falls to CDA, racing the setting sun, an hour later he returns with not one, but 2 trucks and Cameron... Now I try to not go on for too long, so lets just say that Cameron is able to swim, the water was around 7 ft at this point, give or take, and it was pitch black outside. It took them 10 minutes after they hooked up the cable to drag get our truck free, and they did it without any additional damage to our truck. They came back the next day and got our dump trailer out as well. TL/DR: Tony and Cameron treated our truck like it was theirs, in freezing water, in the dark, when no one else would. They came and got our truck free! The two daytime pictures are from the start of the melt to the next morning. The pictures at night speak for themselves!
