Advertised price of $55 for gel full set pink/white and was charged $70. It turned out ok in the end but hurt like hell.

Clean place. But all they care about are upselling and they are very disgruntled when you don’t. It was like she made of fun me the entire pedicure and she was very rushed! Worst pedicure ever. Only lasted 16 min and then they move you away from your party when you are done so they can move onto the next! Horrible

First concern extremely dirty. They don’t wash their hands after each customer and there is no sanitary procedure with the equipment they use. For that alone they should be shut down. As far as customer service is concerned, extremely rude staff. I believe any of the good reviews on here have to be some of the owners because the way they treated me and the customers around me was enough to justify leaving right there in then. I had called ahead of time because I needed to be in an out at a certain time to pick up my children. I was assured that I would get a 2 PM appointment. When I arrived they barely acknowledged me and when they finally did about 10 minutes later they sat me down at one of the pedicure chairs and made me wait. I have a feeling because I seen this a couple of times before that they will lie to their customers to get them in there and make them wait compelling them to stay after all that waste of time they spend. Because I knew this I left after 30 minutes and no one seem to care anyway. I could not justify what was going on around me with customers tiptoeing around them for nail services, and just the rude abrasive treatment towards me. Not to mention I had kids to pick up. I wouldn’t even look in the direction of that place anymore if I were you. As a sidenote, I am a nurse and when I see unsanitary conditions I want to report them. There is no place to report this business as far as the health department is concerned. I’ve looked and tried everywhere. This is why places like this in Idaho get away with what they do. That is a warning for anyone using a nail salon that has this type of business model. There is no health safety check.

Went in for a plain pink acrylic fill and when I noticed the color of acrylic that was being put on wasn’t matching up I asked if it was going to match at the end and was told that it would. (This was right after he put fresh acrylic on one hand) at the end I said I wasn’t happy because it didn’t blend like it had previously. This would be the third time getting a fill of the same thing. When I told him I wasn’t happy he asked if I wanted to cut them off and start new and I said I guess so then he stated that it would be more expensive when it was his mistake in the first place so I said no can we just cover it will gel and he gave me the color swatches and then aggressively started filing off the clear top coat and drilling aggressively at this point I was trying not to cry because not only was I frustrated but he was rude and being aggressive and he noticed and said if I didn’t like the way he does things then I need to get someone else to do it and he asked what I wanted so I stated that I just wanted to leave because I was having a full blown anxiety attack at this point. I’ve never had issues with this place before this so it’s super disappointing to have been treated this way. The pictures are what I left with.
