The Service I received at Batteries plus bulbs sets the bar for all others. The inventory for the items I purchased was off. I don't really care about the inventory issue. What I care about is the High level of professionalism and over the top customer service I received on my first visit to a Batteries Plus Bulbs store. Keep up the good work. You have a new customer. Customer service was not what was expected. Missed the mark by a long shot. You shouldn’t have to track your credit card statement to see if the cancelled order charge was credited back to the account. Then they charged me an unauthorized fee for I don’t know what out of the blue when I hadn’t been in store or ordered anything in months. Do better.

I broke my phone screen and needed it repaired asap, they were able to get it done the same day. Excellent service and very respectful. Both the gentleman working there were professional and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

My phone was broke. On the phone, they said it may be a Free fix or would cost me $80.00 to fix. I visited the store today and the Free fix worked. The technician explained why and gave me some great advice. Everytime I visit this location, the staff is always professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Great Job !
