If I could rate this establishment a flat 0 I would. I was recommended by my child's pediatrician, scheduled an appointment by telephone meanwhile, the scheduler did not inform me that they have a STRICT 10 minute policy for no show (not listed on their website either) I called 20 minutes before my appointment and they did not answer, so I left a message informing them I would be 7-10 minutes late. When arriving I was 1 minute late past their "10 minute" policy- 11 minutes late. Even after calling to inform them I would be late, they would not take my appointment after driving 30 minutes to be seen and I am a new patient who was not informed of this policy and is NOT posted! After waking my 3 toddlers up very early, taking gas away, I was very upset.

This place looks fancy, but it’s a dumpster fire of unprofessionalism with zero concern for patient care and the practice of actual medicine. I’m 59 years old and I don’t think I’ve ever been more disappointed in a medical situation. I made significant good faith efforts to get the help I needed and to provide feedback of my experiences, but reception is no help, the manager promised to call but did not, and the medical provider was completely disinterested. I wasn’t expecting perfection, but competency at least, and found nothing but a train wreck at North Idaho Dermatology. Stay away!

I am deeply disappointed in this dermatology practice. They seem to care more about making money off expensive spa treatments than practicing actual medicine for the benefit of their patients. I saw Jamie Tesky for a whole 5 minutes, and she was patronizing, did not listen or respond with any care or consideration to the medical condition I was experiencing, and offered zero solutions. The practice is so far booked out, the issue has cleared up quite a bit by the time my appt came around, and she just shrugged her shoulders and said “Doesn’t look like much of a problem now, does it? Come back when it is.” I will not go back and would recommend others find a more professional, personable, and interested clinic to visit. This one cares more about making money then taking care of patients.

Daughter has an active infection yet can't been seen for another month. I don't mind waiting a month or even a few to be seen for routine issues. But she needs to be seen quickly. Heading to pediatrician and hopefully they don't send us to dermatology because I'm gonna need to find another office.

Ask your new doctor to help you. They should have a records release form which can be faxed over to North Idaho Dermatology

Isaac R. Ripley, 02-12-1938, are my biopsy results in yet?
