I've had a lot of different experiences with junk removal companies over the years, and Nixxit was by far the most communicative and professional. They were easy to reach, happily rescheduled when I had a conflict come up, and followed up the day before the job to make sure we both had all of the information we needed. The team that came were incredibly nice and efficient (and more patient than they had to be when we were debating whether to keep something). Also, it was the only company I found anywhere that lets you book online, which is so convenient. Highly recommended.

I have never had such a good experience. Trevor and his buddy (sorry can't remember his name), did such a wonderful job. I can't believe how QUIET and careful they were with everything. They were amazing. They took ALL the furniture and donations from my son's apartment. They treated everything with such respect. My son passed away and this was so hard. I found it made it much easier knowing they were treating his things with respect and knowing they would be donating what they could. I highly recommend this company! The price was very fair. It cost me less than when we moved him into the apartment! 5 stars!!!

Nixxit was easy to schedule, and they picked up on time, as you would expect. But, the big thing for me is they are a green company. After trying to get rid of our old furniture myself (sell, give away, donate) it was hard to decide to have it hauled away. So knowing Nixxit would try their best to keep what they can out of the landfill mattered to me. And, they were so friendly and helpful. It felt like this was a business you could call anytime and they would figure out how to help you out. Would definitely use them again without any hesitation.

Great experience on cleanout day I needed to have a large amount of household goods removed as I prepare to sell my property. I had used other junk removal companies in the past and was disappointed with how they handled items, throwing them carelessly into the truck and making me doubt their intent to repurpose items I believed were still usable. I envisioned the entire truck being driven away and immediately dumped into the landfill. I searched for junk companies online and was impressed with the detailed website of Nixxit and especially encouraged by their statement about how they donate items to non-profits and others in need. I used the online booking to schedule my pickup for the very next day with a two-hour arrival window. Within an hour, owner Sarah called me on the phone to confirm the appointment, explain the process and costs, and answer my questions. She was great! On pickup day, I received an advance phone call to narrow the arrival window. Dave and Tyler arrived right on time. They showed me a price list and provided an estimated cost. Once I agreed to the estimate, they went to work. They were polite, professional, hard-working, and super nice, carefully arranging all the items in the truck for the best and most efficient use of space. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone looking for a junk removal service.

Our pricing is based primarily on volume (how much room your junk takes up in our truck). For jobs that are more labor-intensive such as the removal of dirt, concrete, bricks, etc. we charge based on bedload. No. We cannot accept any toxic or hazardous items such as paints, oils, pesticides, household batteries, fluorescent light bulbs, household cleaners, medicines, ammunition, fireworks, any items containing asbestos or any other harmful material.
