I was looking for the perfect place, but I am realistic, and know perfect doesn't exist, so I left some room to wiggle. The location is very convenient, the bed was comfy, BUT housekeeping never came, even though I requested it TWICE; TV didn't work and called 6 times asking for help with it, the very last night, they said they were having TV issues, there is no room service. So, after housekeeping service, I had no clean towels, no water, evidently a messy bed, and after spending all day out walking and attending the different events that brought me to Indy, the experience in this hotel was very, very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it, unfortunately this is the kind of reviews I don't know how to express properly, but I hope is useful to someone that is traveling to Indianapolis.

After a brief snafu on check in, Raj, went out of his way to ensure a great stay. Courteous the entire time, positive, and never lost his smile. The remodeled rooms and lobby are beautiful and comfortable. I will be sure to stay again the next time I am in town.

Renovations are underway at this time. My room was clean, but was missing a few small details. Unfortunately, part of the hotel lost all water pressure on my first night, and the communication and response was lacking. The location is fantastic in downtown and walking distance to sports venues, restaurants, shopping, and the convention center. I will update this post at the end of my stay.

Never been charged for parking!! Take it up with corporate!

Expensive! I think about $30 per day. Try gate 10 events and parking. Much more reasonable and they have a shuttle.
About 30 mins in Shelbyville.

There is a very nice breakfast buffet at Shula's Steakhouse( located within the hotel).
There are many restaurants nearby including one inside the hotel. And, depending on the room type you have breakfast is included.
Norman... It really depends on the room rate and whether you bought the prepaid rate or not. It would be best to call the hotel, provide your reservation information, and ask them to confirm this information. They will be able to give you the correct answer.
