We were suddenly homeless. A long story, in and of itself. We stayed at a couple of other hotels and a airbnb for the first 3 weeks. Then we booked into this Quality Inn. From day 1, the staff here has been so very helpful and friendly. Like we were actually guests and not just someone they had to tolerate. They have been extremely easy to talk to. They have helped us above and beyond the call of duty. We originally booked a 3 night stay... We have now been here over a month! The breakfast they offer is amazing. The kitchen/dining area is clean and inviting and well lit. I don't want to stay in any of the places we went to before coming here. I will recommend this hotel to anyone and with confidence, rest assured that they will be pleased. Thank you so much for all the help and God Bless You. Peace Always, Annette and Gage Bergen

Rooms are very dirty, and maintenance problems in the bathrooms (clogged drains, toilet not attached to floor, etc.). We changed rooms and still had issues, just less obvious ones than in the first room. I will say that the worker at the desk was very kind and helpful, and was gracious about moving us to a different room, offering us free gifts, and so forth, but there was nothing she could personally do to make it a better or cleaner facility! Steer clear.

We did not even stay here, because of how dirty this place was the mintue we walked in. The carpets were filthy looks like they haven't been vacuumed in ages. We walked into the room we were supposed to stay in, and we're only in there for 20 mintues trying to find a different hotel to stay in. Our room was dirty the floors were dirty the bathroom was dirty. We did not even sit on the beds because they just looked nasty. I do not suggest this place to anyone! I am currently on the phone trying to get my refund, because we ended up having to stay at a different hotel.

The most disgusting place to stay. I wish I had a warning. The walls were dripping filthy residue. Unsafe light switches. Broken vanity. Found a dirty sock next to the bed. Mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and corners. Broken window. I didn't think it could get anymore disgusting until I seen a Cockroach and now I am going home to bleach myself and burn my belongings.
