Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a room. They compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for years. If you decide to stay here you won't regret it. Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms super super super clean. Rooms was nice and cool when my wife and I came. Everyone greet you with a smile. The val parkers was very cool and didn't touch anything that was in my car. And believe me I left money in there on purpose they didn't bother it.

This is a great location. Love the historic building and the easy access to downtown. Everything seems very up to date in the room I was in besides the bed. While it does have a pillow top, it also has a dip in the center, which I dropped straight into. I slept terribly, waking up roughly every hour to try and get more comfortable. I also didn't appreciate how warm the room got on a 70 degree day. The system was set to cool and 68, but it didn't seem to help as the room got up to 78, despite the curtains being closed. Otherwise it's been a lovely stay.

Everything was OK until we went up to our room. We had booked a Jacuzzi suite days in advance for Valentine’s Day weekend. When we got up to our room it was very small and outdated. The bathroom was ridiculously small as well! It was also not what we had asked for, which was the jacuzzi room. Turns out the Jacuzzi room was already taken. Which they never told us days before when I had made the reservations for that specific room! On top of all that they wanted $600, including deposit, for that ridiculous room! Wouldn’t have minded if it was more updated and what we asked for, bigger room and better parking accommodations. The pictures they showed online we’re also not anything like it was in person! Definitely false advertisement! Complete trash!

To be honest. I'll never stay here again. The air unit in the room is loud and vibrates. When I pulled up there was no sign of a valet so I had to park in a random parking deck and walk here in the dark with my small child. When I checked it. It turned out that they thought it was too cold for him to be outside. It was 40 degrees.
