This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you won't regret it. Manager was great. I had booked through park and ride with wrong dates and she was able to fix for us. Staff was helpful and very pleasant. Will definitely choose this for my next stay. Beautiful facility

First of all, request room with refrigerator and had none. Secondly, was told there was a Starbucks but when I went to get they told me no one would be available on a Saturday. Third, our air condition in our room was not working properly and was told that it is regulated by if we are in the room. Was there for 3 days and 2 nights could not get to go below 72. The second night we was there we woke to a terrible sound coming from the vent that sounded like the rev of a Harley. The phone in the room would not work. We received a call in the room and it rang but you could not pick up the call. When booking was not told anything about an extra $50 dollars per day would be charged until you leave. THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. The elevators were very slow and jumped every time they went to 3. One set of elevators had one that did not work. This was a very bad experience for the price you pay for these rooms.

Hotel was under construction so elevators were not working properly. Room was nice and clean bed was comfy . Only was disappointed on my last day there we were there for Slamology , my wife called front desk to get new towels she was she was told that she had to come down to the lobby to get them which was annoying , staff never told her that there was no hot water . Had to take a cold shower not fun . At check out Staff didn't even apologize tried to get us checked out right away , I told them hold on we didn't have hot water and the staff finally apologized but said it was due to the construction and it was out of their control . I was told that I could not get a discount and I was like how does that work I paid good money to stay here and our group made a deal to choose this hotel , at this time they offered me a $30 discount . Just be careful maybe wait till construction is done . Good luck otherwise .

It depends on which rooms are rented. If your room does not have one you can request one to be added to your room rate for a small fee or request it to be negotiated to be included in a contract if there is a block of rooms purchased. Starbucks and Nicolinos are available onsite for food. Otherwise check with hotel bell desk for food delivery and coupons and front desk has free dessert coupons for guests when dining at The Library only a few minutes by car.
The hotel only offers free shuttle service back and forth to the airport for hotel guests. (Unless a group has specified with a hotel contract and group block of rooms to provide transportation with a limo, van or specified transportation for group events.)
Not really sure, but i would expect they have roll-aways. Their rooms are spaceious.
Check out is by 11 am and check in is open but you may not have access to the room until they've had time to clean it.
