We broke down on a cross country trip with worn leaf springs and a bent axle making the body of the camper cut into the tire, and unsafe to drive. We parked in a nearby parking lot and walked to Northern Sky RV Repair. They were immediately helpful, and put us at ease. The owner came over to the parking lot with us to take a look. We got it to their shop in the morning and they fixed everything by the afternoon. They even stayed a little later to make sure we wouldn't be stuck over the weekend. The guys were so friendly, and the owner gave us a lot of great wisdom from his experience personally and professionally. If we had to break down anywhere, we are so glad it was near Northern Sky.

They did a great job fixing an electrical problem that popped up on the road! You know that saying about not having time to take a shortcut? And there's a saying about a "deal" being to expensive? The shop rate was higher than we've paid elsewhere, but it was done right the first time. Plus they had the part in stock. As I think about it, I realize that their expertise probably saved experimentation to figure out the wrong answer a few times. So it very well might have cost less to pay more per hour for less time (& materials).
