My experience at Valenzuela's turned out quite well. I experienced a flat tire on the freeway that shredded my right rear tire and so had to swap out the flat for my emergency, 50 MPH max tire. This necessitated my being in the market for a complete new set of tires. First I contacted B&G Tire, the same company I used 4 and a half years ago. They were friendly on the phone but didn't have any tires in stock that I was interested in. I asked them if I could order tires from TireRack.com and have the tires delivered to them for installation and was told they don't do that. After some consideration asking myself if I wanted to shlep 4 tires over there, possibly taking 2 trips to do so I called Valenzuela's as they were well rated here on Google and someone earlier had recommended them to me. Mark at Valenzuela's told me that I could have tires shipped to them so I placed an order with TireRack and they arrived the next day. Mark called me to let me know the tires had arrived and we made an appointment for 10:30am the next day. I showed up and Mark was just finishing up with another vehicle and told me he would be ready in about 15 minutes. So I left my car with him and took a walk. When I came back I could see work had started, the wheels were off my vehicle. I was a little uneasy that my car had been lifted with 4 floor jacks but NO JACK STANDS WERE IN PLACE!! Not so safe in my view. Anyway around 12:15pm the tires were back on the vehicle, mounted and balanced. I then asked if they could do an alignment and was told to come back at 2pm. I paid for the work in advance ($80 alignment -great price BTW) and returned for the alignment. Justin started the alignment and after a bit tells me "I've got some good news for you". My cynical mind immediately starts asking "and the bad news?" Well as it turned out there was no bad news. My car alignment didn't need any adjusting so they refunded me for just an alignment check! Now most places I would expect would tell the customer all was well and have you be on your way so kudos to Justin for his integrity!!! Justin and Mark each have a generally friendly demeanor so 5 stars. I just hope they will exercise safety when they jack vehicles in the future.

The owner is amazing, very communicative. We order tires, rims, and lugnuts, and knew when everything was received and he got us in in a very timely manner. The prices are incredible, the service is incredible, and my car looks amazing! Thank you!
