Very helpful staff, nice "park and fly" option, and a 24x7 shuttle to/from the airport. Surprisingly*, the room climate control was erratic. The common areas are very nice, and the entire property is very clean. *The climate control is likely limited to one room; I have stayed on this property several times with no similar issues.

I made a reservation for this hotel a long time before it was needed. I found another hotel (another Hampton) closer to the area where I needed. I forgot I made this reservation so didn't call to cancel. I did not spend the night here but was charged the full amount on my credit card for not showing up. I have been a Hilton Honors member for years, currently listed as Diamond status. I travel a lot and always chose Hampton Inns because of the consistent service, clean rooms and points earned. I spoke to the general manager of the hotel to learn that my card was charged for not showing up. I explained I had forgotten about this reservation but the manager indicated a refund was not an option. She referred to their policy regarding refunds. I take responsibility for forgetting to call to cancel but not considering a refund for a service that wasn't provided is unprofessional and frustrating. I too am a manager in the healthcare industry. Generally, the manager has the ability to make certain concessions if they choose. I'm disappointed in Hampton's response to this situation. The other party I was with stayed at a Best Western. When she didn't arrive to her hotel by 10:00 p.m. they called to confirm she was safe and still coming.
Critical Air Response
Had our flight crew stay there and from the beginning it was a bad experience. The staff at the front desk was rude, the hotel area is very noisy outside and you can definitely hear the FedEx operation thru the windows. Our flight crew was rudely asked with an attitude to vacate the room at checkout time, even though we were going to extend their stay. I spoke to the General Manager about my concerns and she seemed to not really care. Kept going back to their policies. We stay at a lot of hotels and by far this one tops the list as the worst we've been to. We'll never book with them again.

Very nice hotel. Fairly large indoor pool and hot tub. The pool was too cold for me but the kids got in. Hot tub was very hot. Appreciated the towels and comfy pool chairs. Nice beds, pillows and bathroom. Lots of free parking. At the end of the road so it's quiet and felt secure. Only negative we could here flights in the middle of the night. Would stay again.

I know parking is free there in general, and they have an airport shuttle, so maybe? Definitely worth a call to them to find out.
