This hotel was disappointing, the prices do not reflect the lodging and amenities. The best things were the room was large and the breakfast was top notch. The decor was cheap and dated and good God why do they have old carpeting in a water park hotel room? The hotel should include water park access especially for the inflated cost, Hayden ID is nothing to write home about. Would never stay here again, it took 3 requests to get the infant crib, staff was disinterested in doing their job (except for the breakfast lady who was very attentive and caring), even when I called in advance to place the reservation, I should have paid attention to that red flag.

I have to say that we came from 6/6/22-6/8/22. First of all the one picture on the website of the jacuzzi room with fire place, isn't the room in the picture. The only true nice part of the room was the sliding glass door with the walk outside patio and easy access into the play area of triple play. There were 3 people in my room which means we needed more than one bed. we were put I to a single king room and then told that we weren't supposed to have a roll away bed. I swear it said it came with a couch sleeper for our 3rd person. The fire place was nice to have in the room but there was no way to enjoy sitting in front of it snuggled with boyfriend or my child because it was placed in the corner of the room where the sliding glass door curtain touched it. The free breakfast they offer was gross, the gravy for the biscuits tasted like garbage. The biscuits were cold and they didn't have an cold cereal. I felt like I extremely over paid for our stay. $800 for the 2 nights and the bathroom was dirty, hair was in the jacuzzi tub and the body wash out as well. We left on the 7th because they say that it's an awesome place but my 13 year old didn't have any fun because it was geared more towards 11and under. In my child's words it is for elementary school aged kids.

All the staff were extremely kind and helpful; from the front desk person to the morning breakfast gals. The room was okay. We stayed in a King Suite. It was not super clean. The floor was stained and didn't look to have been vacuumed very well after the last guest. There were fingerprints all over the vanity mirror by the TV, and there was a black hair on the toilet lid. The bed was pretty comfortable, but the pillows left a lot to be desired. The shower was very narrow, smaller than any King Suite we've ever stayed in before. There were fruit loops in the floor in the hallway all three days we were there. There is a nice breakfast buffet included when you stay and we appreciated that it stayed available until 10. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience. I'm not sure we'll visit again though. Once is plenty.

The kids had a blast they played every game inside and a few outside. They had so much fun in the Swimming area. The hot tub is perfect for the parents to enjoy their time while kids enjoy the waves. The hotel room was so nice and clean beds were so comfortable the family package was a good deal everything included. Housekeeping was available when we needed anything while we stayed for two days.
