I called the night before, desperate for a lift chair for my father who has Alzheimers, and broke his hip. We needed it ASAP! I talked to Scott. He completely understood and advised me of what we could get quickly. I drove there the next morning. He actually came in early, to make sure we could get the chair purchased AND DELIVERED the same day! He was amazing!! The girls at the desk were so kind as well. I met the delivery guys at my parents house and they were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and so very kind! They made sure everything was right before they left, and on the way out the door they noticed I was trying to load the old chairs into my truck. They took over and did it for me!!! These guys need a raise!!! 4hank you for an amazing experience!!!

My family has been long time Ashley's customers, and have not been disappointed to date. We have purchased a bed frame, 2 mattresses, recliner, and 2 couches. The quality is good, and pricing is fair. The overall experience goes from good to great with the wonderful sales team. They are knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We will continue to do business at the plattsburgh location whenever we are in need of furniture.

I have been a customer of Ashley’s furniture for years but after my most recent experience with the Plattsburgh location I will take my business elsewhere in future. We made our purchase of a dining room set and 4 piece living room set on August 1st, the salesman said they had everything already made and just needed to transport it from another location and we could expect it within 6-8 weeks of our purchase- this would have been mid September. Nothing was delivered on our delivery date and there was no communication to us regarding a delay or anything. I finally called and a very rude customer service representative told me there was nothing available and everything needed to be made, after speaking with a manager I was told they did in fact have a dining set and 1 of the 4 the living room pieces that was ready to be delivered but they did not want to deliver it in parts because that was inconvenient for them to make multiple trips. I asked that they deliver what they had because we had already gotten rid of our dining furniture in anticipation of the arrival that was originally told to us. I was then told that they are getting the living room set in pieces and the last piece will be sent to us mid October. No one had called to verify my delivery time and it is now mid October so I reached out to them again. This time I was told there would be another delay until mid November. None of this was communicated to me, every time I expect a delivery there is nothing- no furniture and no communication regarding delays. I have had to call and speak to countless people in order to get an answer. This store has no communication with their customers and keep pushing back delivery. We currently have no usable furniture and this has been going on now for three months.

Just purchased new furniture. Highly recommend going, Great salesmanship and knowlegable, welcoming, all around great!!! Thanks Gary!! Well finally got my living room set, but received a call saying wrong mattress came in, so now im waiting on at leat another week and then set something up for delivery. A bit frustrating when you pay in full and have already been waiting sence the 5th. Good luck on the receiving end. They didn't even care that a mistake was made and still not a guarantee of the week time frame they gave me.

yes they do
I know there is a charge for delivery, but I do not know about the pick up of old furniture. The fee is based upon the area you live. I want to say it was going to be around 80. to have a couch and love seat delivered to Lewis. But we just picked it up.
Did they bill you? If so make payment by mail to the creditor
I went on their website , I'm pretty sure you can apply in store aswell
