Dont use small post offices they are so poor they cant cash 140.00 postal money order !! That's pathetic. And dont buy their lies an spend money for a box that they guarantee delivery by a certain day which you pay for an the person gets the parasol until 15 days later!!! Post master needs to pull their heads outta their.....

The workers are usually very nice and pleasant. I however have the email notifications for the mail and packages I am supposed to receive. I have gone 2-3 days without getting the mail that I am supposed to be getting according to the notifications. Also, my mail that needs to go out is still sitting in the mailbox. It is not like it is a one time thing, this has happened to me on multiple occasions.

Needed to find a package '?? Don't assume u will Reach a live agent " Even after the 35 to 45 min wait time' 38 min. I waited they must have picked up and dropped the call or they just didn't really want to deal with customers on the phone today and put an end to the call. Because they new I wasn't giving up I listen to that fricken..music for nothing. I just might call back and do this untill someone picks up or goes home. I don't believe it was and accidental dropped call I believe somebody didn't feel like working today

I believe so, though you need to, complete Passport Renewal Application Form DS-82 to mail in the renewal, otherwise you need to make a "first time" appointment to renew it. So yes you can! Just schedule online! 😁 I hope this was helpful

It's a federal holiday so there is no mail service. But the lobby, post office boxes and automated postal center machine should all be available.
Not sure but it would be prudent to have some sort of I.D. Just in case they do..
