Pathetic costumer service very non existent! Starts with a basic employee to store manager she doesn't like facing the facts how everyone that works there doesn't entertain their costumers! Blows it off like it's nothing told her cameras don't lie there absolutely no interaction from staff to costumer Too busy talking to each other or on their phones sad I spent hundreds there in past only did because of their prices no other reason trust me on that one

We visited the shoe dept on last Thursday Sept 2nd. We found 2 pairs of shoes for our son, but found the employee was on the rude side. We requested a foot measurement, but she said "it isn't accurate " we requested it anyways but she never came back. She was the only employee since it was nearly closing time when we entered at 5:40pm (closing at 6). There was a kids size 9 box but no actual shoe. We need a 9, so we brought the box to checkout. We asked her for a size 9, and without looking at the box she said "we only have the sizes that are on the shelves. We pointed out the box and she kind of stormed off to the back. Understandable that it is stressful being alone and under staffed. But kindness is contagious, and we hope she has better days moving forward! We didn't get frustrated with her. And completed our transaction, hang in there and promote a positive attitude when receiving kindness. Our 5 year old questioned why she was angry, this is why you are receiving the low star review.

I went there on my lunch break to find basket ball shoes for my lunch break. I walked in and the sales associate was on the phone and walked away from me without even acknowledging that I had entered the store. Not a smile a wave or a head nod. I walked up and down every isle twice could not find what I was told was there. I walked up behind her waiting for her to acknowledge me nothing. I just listened to how she felt someone had bus chucked her and it was unfair. .... Really? needless to say I left without shoes. but payless THE WOMAN GREETED ME BEFORE I EVEN ENTERED THE STORE!!! Take lessons.

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day.
