The staff there are great. I had to wait for the NY to Montreal train that was almost 4 hours late because of a earlier accident near Balston Spa, the gentleman came out and let me know a couple of time about updates on the arrival of the delayed train. Thanks so much for going above and beyond.

Completely incompetent. Didn't make out of penn station and the train breaks down. The fix took over 2 hours. Not cool..... The plattsburgh station isn't bad its Amtrak that's the problem. The attitude is what are you going to do, walk? The only problem with plattsburgh station is the knitting lady God forbid she should put her yarn down for a second and answer a question, I know sitting on your but all day is stressful but c'mon!!

Love Amtrak! Love Adirondack Express! Hate Plattsburgh Station. Freezing in Winter. Sweltering and foul smelling all Summer. Employees never want you in lobby. Not gracious. They knit. Color. Talk on phone. Kill time and disregard travelers. Restroom is worst ever!!!! Amtrak should be ashamed of this station and it's staff. Once on train itself...great!

How dare I even think about asking a question and interrupting her knitting. This is my first train ride. I understand her job must be boring but why is she even here? I hope the train is better than this station.

Looks like the border opened on November 9th - hoping this means Amtrak will begin to run again.
Not on the train... They do let you off for a break at one station when they switch engines.
Yes as far as I know it is there are no problems with the tracks all through town no problem with the station

Southbound Amtrak 68 is scheduled for 1:22 lm. Northbound Amtrak 69 is scheduled for 3:20pm. All Southbound times are dependent on customs inspection at Rouses Point.
