I came here to change my name on my card and wow, this was seriously the best experience I’ve ever had at a state or federal office! The security guards were extremely nice and helpful, the person who helped me was very kind and made the process super easy, and there was little to no wait! I was thee for less than 10 minutes altogether and got something done that I was anxious about because I thought it would be tedious. Highly recommend coming to this SSA office!

They offer multiple services, so depending on the service required some can be done online. Their official website is www.ssa.gov Requirements for the service requested will be listed on there. The office is closed due to Covid, when we went there was a number to call posted but the wait time was long. We found it easier to do it online. You can still make appointments to be seen in person.
