Yes, I too was going to book online, but decided to call in and make sure. It said it was unavailable for those two days but when I called in, they had rooms available. They can also give you discounts an better deals that you wouldn't see online. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and saved us a bunch. We did the package deal and got 3 all day passes for each day for our kids which saved us more plus kids got more playing time rather then the birthday package for only four hrs. All day passes give you unlimited access to all activities. Kids loved it! Highly recommend it 😁👍
Thank you for the replies! I will definitely call and I will try the upgrade thing too on arrival! Its my daughter's bday weekend I dont really want to stay anywhere else
Yes the website gets a bit moody, calling is best in my opinion. Also if you wait until the night before or day of arrival to upgrade room and do it by phone chances are it will only cost you $25.00 each night. We went from standard 2 queens to bunk suite at that price and well worth it. Happy Travels.
The website is not very intuitive. My experience was calling in and them having me book on the website and then calling back to make adjustments.
Call them and see
