If you've been to Great Wolf Lodge, this will be a let down haha I refer to it as the "Walmart of water parks" it's not perfect, but its inexpensive & fun. The changing areas: a puddle of water. No showers in the locker rooms. Lockers available for purchase ($7 for the whole day). Floors were subpar clean. The whole park was run down & could use a face lift. The lifeguards were ok, I witnessed one kid without a life vest floating toward the waves (deeper area) & they never stopped the waves, just yelled for him to "get a life vest" & waited for the siblings to snag him & pull him back. The floors are SLIPPERY so be cautious walking around. The slides were fun! Definitely a redeeming factor. Not as thrilling as GWL or Silverwood, but not bad for the cost of entry to the park. My 5 & 8 year olds loved it. The "vortex" is waaaay less intense than the tornado at GWL, but it was a nice intermediate slide to get my 8 year old more comfortable with "intense" rides haha The wave pool was disappointing bc of how long in between waves you had to wait. Literally 10-15 min of no waves then maybe 10 minutes of waves. And the waves seemed one sided (the other side had 0 waves being produced) and the waves on the side that did work were very calm. The attached arcade (TriplePlay) was about the same. Run down. But the games were awesome!! The cost was .50-3.00 per game from what we saw & most of the games were less than a dollar! $10 went a long way, which we really enjoyed. We, personally, won't be back. We'd rather spend the extra money and go to GWL or Silverwood. But I wouldn't necessarily deter anyone from going here either.

As a family of 6 we spent a good 3 hours there after a 5 hour road trip. Only downside is “no kids under 3 in the wave pool” but they didn’t have the waves going and that meant we couldn’t all be in the big pool at the same time. We had so much fun on the slides I wish there was somewhere close to home like this.

Attached to Triple Play is a 25,000 square-foot water park that stays open even as the mercury drops outside. At Raptor Reef Water Park there’s a constant temperature of 86 °F and plenty to keep everyone from toddlers and teenagers entertained. For bigger kids the focus of attention will be the new waterslide, The Constrictor dropping 350 feet at high speed through three tight curves. This is the fastest of Raptor Reef’s four slides, and the park also has a wave pool with three-foot waves, indoor/outdoor hot tubs and a two-storey play area for younger kids with a tipping bucket and water jets.

Fun place. Water park was smaller than expected. Hot tub was closed and the only shower my kids could find was just an outdoor one for rinsing off. Large parking lot across the street for day use RV parking. Ropes course and bowling for fun too and even though the sign on the door said masks required, most people inside were not wearing them. Love Idaho 💕

Costco usually sells discounted tickets for the activities (the one in Tri-Cities) does. Unsure about the hotel stay. They have their own website though.

Yvonne Boyd | Sep 4, 2018

Admission price depends on which package you select. We choose the stay over package with the room, which ran around $270. Our option included the junior suite room plus two day pass for 2 adults and 2 children and unlimited access to everything (Ropes, go carts, mini golf, bowling, laser tag, pools, etc.)
