Never answer phones or emails. I've been waiting months a simple license and when i did finally get an Emil back that said they sent a letter saying I needed to pay an EXTRA $220 which was not listed anywhere before I applied AND I NEVER received that letter!! UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM AND GET BETTER EMPLOYEES UPDATE: apparently there hours aren't 8am-5pm because the managers don't get there ti 9am!!! I'm not sure how someone can go about getting ahold of these people who only have hours of a full time worker.M-F 9-5 and there closed Saturdays and sundays

BOP is well aware scam organizations is targeting the Pharmacists for years. One of scammer named Oscar Garcia claimed he is investigator from BOP. These scammers are crafted and well prepared to scam the pharmacists. BOP Won’t do anything more to warn our pharmacists. They just put a little fraud alert file on their website that is hard to find. They don’t even bother to collect info and data on how many pharmacists are being scammed. They really failed to provide sufficient warning to protect the pharmacists.

i never had someone give me a panic attack just from the phone. Not only did i throw up, i am shaking, and crying. I simply just wanted to know how often i need to renew my license and i explained to the woman on the phone that my coworker and i got licensed the same time and i was giving her the dates and she just starts getting mad and interrupting me asking what our birthdays are, once i say "i dont know but we are...." she just tlaks over me!! im trying to tell her we are a year apart and then she just gets mad and starts yapping repeating the same thing and im still having a hard time understanding so im about to ask another question and shes just still talking NOT LETTING ME TALK. whoever is in charge of answering the phone is so rude. i told her i want to speak to someone else and she says she will transfer me but hangs up. when i call again and told her you hung up shes so rude doenst even apologize that it happened on accident (which i doubt it) and this time actually transfers me but to A VOICEMAIL. and i cant even leave a message. My mental health is already fragile with the pandemic and all this madness and her being so incentive and rude i call again because i want her name and she is SCARED TO TELL ME HER NAME. SHE WONT GIVE ME HER NAME. on top of that she is yelling at me and now saying she refuses to help me. Im sorry what is your job again? why are they always so rude!!! when i got licensed a year ago i remmeber her voice she never helped me and i'd call on a different day this older woman helped me but this one person WONT HELP AND JUST YELLS.
