Severely under-staffed, and very slow service, possibly due to poor management. It seems they have high turnover rate and staff seem to always be "in training" Expect an 1-2hour wait at the minimum on weekends. The Costco glasses and lens products itself are goo,d, and only reason will still get optics here

I picked a number and they kept helping people without numbers for pickups! And I had to Waite over an hour when only 4 numbers was before me! They should change the policy.

Never seen a group of three people working behind the counter with less sense of urgency. They definitely don’t want to be customer facing. Eight people in line, three employees behind the counter, two of them shuffling papers for 45 minutes. I feel bad for the one person hustling. Maybe Costco should just get rid of the optical department rather than running a crummy operation. It’s not a good look.

Went to the vision center few months ago to get our glasses adjusted. One Ms. Lourde attended to us. She was impatient and wasn’t happy to help. When my daughter said it was tight after she adjusted her glasses she rudely said oh first it was not tight and now it’s tight!!! I was quite shocked by her behavior. My 12 yr old was upset. We had bought our prescription glasses at Costco but a different location. Since we were there just thought we’ll get it adjusted. She did the job but huffed and puffed about it and her expression showed dislike. Very disappointing.
